You may know The Burning Man Festival, but not like this! Action sport photographer Blake Jorgenson just shared with us this incredible gallery of images from this years fest. Wow!

Once a year the lonely desert landscape of the Northern Nevada desert magically transforms itself into Black Rock City and home of the Burning Man. It is infinitely diverse in people of all ages and walks of life and probably some of the best people watching (and participating) you will ever see in this world. For me and many others it becomes a photographers paradise of stunning light, landscape, infinite amounts of energy, and emotional interaction that extend beyond the normal world. I believe good photo journalism is about observing and understanding the relationships between people and their environment and here it comes alive in a strange, unique, and inspiring way. Its not so much about the crazy costumes and wild art installations, but more capturing the energy that people put towards each other that is not there in everyday life. To me that is what makes a good photo.
I would have to say out of all the places I have traveled in this world Burning Man has the highest concentration of beautiful people I have ever seen.
